Why Can't I Uninstall Ubisoft Connect

Hi! I need help to uninstall my Ubisoft Connect. Have tried uninstalling it through App & features and Contro Panel, but nothing worked somehow. Is there anything wrong with my computer? Appreciate for any help!

The reason why you can't uninstall Ubisoft Connect can be the program running in the background or incomplete uninstallation.

If you are receiving an error message stating that "Ubisoft Connect is running and cannot be uninstalled" when uninstalling the app, that means some relevant programs are still running in the background. In this case, open Task Manager by pressing "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "Esc" and then quit everything related to Ubisoft. Then, you should be able to uninstall it without issues.

If the program appears to be uninstalled but remnants remain, causing an incomplete uninstallation error, you can resolve this by manually removing leftover files.

I recommend you resort to third-party software uninstallers like EaseUS Todo PCTrans Free if the above methods don't work.
