"On my Windows 10 computer, I'm trying to use a 32GB Patriot USB 3.0 flash drive to create a portable Windows 10 on this drive by opening Control Panel and then Windows To Go, but failed while selecting the flash drive due to the exact error message on the screenshot."

What does it mean by USB not compatible with Windows To Go?
