Can You Transfer Steam Games to Another Account

Note: Only one user can access the shared library at a time.

• Ensure the accounts are authorized on the same PC.
• Enable Steam Guard on the sharing and receiving accounts: Steam > Settings > Account and tick the box next to "Steam Guard."
• Authorize the sharing PC: Go to Steam > Settings > Family on the sharing account, and check the box next to "Authorize this computer." 
• To enable Family Sharing, navigate to Steam > Settings > Family > Manage other computers... button> Authorize Library Sharing on this computer.
• Accept the sharing request on the receiving account.

Step 1. Connect the destination hard disk to your PC. Launch EaseUS Todo PCTrans and choose "App Migration" > "Start."

Step 2. Choose the source drive where your game programs are installed, and locate the games by ticking the checkboxes. Click the triangle icon to select the target drive as the file path. Then, click "Transfer" to begin.
