On my C: drive, I've discovered that my copy of Windows 10 Pro includes two recovery partitions: the first is 450MB in size, and the second is 840MB. Just wondering: why might this be the case? How to fix this problem?

Why Do I Have Two Recovery Partitions?
The recovery partition preinstalled by the manufacturer contains the operating system image, which can restore the system in one click. The upgrade program will examine the available space on the recovery partition each time you upgrade Windows to a higher edition. Windows will build a second recovery partition if the previous one doesn't have enough free space for the update. It's the reason why you have more than one recovery partition.
How to Fix Multiple Recovery Partitions?
In this case, you need to delete a recovery partition. To find out which one is extra, you should check cmd to see which recovery partition is in use. Here are the quick steps:
Step 1. Type cmd in the Search box. Right-click the Command Prompt program and choose to run it as administrator.
Step 2. Then write the below command and press "Enter" to execute it:
In this window, you will see the recovery partition that is currently in use. Thus, you can use a reliable tool to remove the other one safely. EaseUS Partition Master is my prime recommendation, as it enables users to delete recovery partitions for free without affecting the system's operations.
Follow the detailed guide here to delete the extra recovery partition:
Step 1. Launch EaseUS Partition Master and select "Partition Manager." The recovery partition should be clicked on and "Delete" selected.
Step 2. In the "Do you want to delete the selected partition?" prompt, click "Yes" to confirm your choice.
Step 3. To fully delete the recovery partition, click "Execute Task" and then "Apply" in the new window.
