I installed a new SSD and cloned Windows 10 onto it from the old HDD yesterday. Now, I plan to use the old HDD for storage, but there is a System Reserved Partition and a Recovery Partition on it. How do I delete the Recovery Partition that is no longer needed on the secondary disk? Any help would be appreciated!

To delete the recovery partition on your secondary disk, you'll need assistance from third-party professional disk and partition management software.

Due to the limitations of Windows, users are not allowed to perform operations on the recovery partition in the built-in utility. As you may have noticed, the "Delete Volume…" option is greyed out if you try removing the recovery partition via Disk Management.
