EaseUS Partition Master Takes Too Long, What Should I Do?

I recently installed EaseUS Partition Master. I used it to merge my c and f drive, but now I have a problem: it has been stuck at 20% for the past 7 hours. My c drive was filed. It has 95 GB ( 50 MB left), and that's why I merged them. Is there a way to cancel or force this operation to proceed faster?

According to your description, there may be a bad sector on your hard drive or a logical error in the partition, which leads to a freeze or even crash during the partition merging process. To avoid similar problems next time, you can run HD tune or CHKDSK commands to check the hard drive and partition errors.
