I can't format my hard drive or delete partitions since my PC is stuck loading Windows. I don't know why or what I should do to format my hard drive. Help, please!

Guide 1. Create a Bootable USB

Step 1. Prepare a USB/CD or DVD and connect it to your PC.

Step 2. Launch EaseUS Partition Master and click the "Bootable Media," and follow the wizard to create a bootable USB.

Well, you can format your hard drive through the bootable USB even if your computer fails to boot normally.

Step 3. Restart your PC and press Del or F2 to enter BIOS. Then, set the bootable USB as the boot drive.
