So you want to format a hard drive, but your Windows loads forever? Don't worry. You can format hard drive from BIOS to solve this problem. I turned to an easy-to-use tool, EaseUS Partition Master, when I once met the same problem because I wanted to solve this problem as quickly as I could. It turned out that this tool is trustworthy.

Here is how to use the tool to format a hard drive; follow the two guides below:

Guide 1. Create a Bootable USB

Step 1. Prepare a USB/CD or DVD and connect it to your PC.

Step 2. Launch EaseUS Partition Master and click the "Bootable Media," and follow the wizard to create a bootable USB.

Well, you can format your hard drive through the bootable USB even if your computer fails to boot normally.

Step 3. Restart your PC and press Del or F2 to enter BIOS. Then, set the bootable USB as the boot drive.

Guide 2. Format Hard Drive from BIOS

Step 1. Locate your hard drive to format and right-click on it. Choose "Format."

Step 2. Follow the wizard and choose the partition label, file system types, and cluster size.

Step 3. Click "Yes" to continue when you see a warning. Then, click "Execute the task" and wait patiently.

Following the guides above, you can format your hard drive successfully. Hope this guide can help.
