Can I Combine All Partitions of a USB Flash Drive? How？

I have an SP brand 32GB USB flash drive, which has an EFI partition and an NTFS partition. What I want is to merge all partitions into one. How can I do that? Please let me know.

Option 1. Combine All Partitions 

If the EFI and NTFS partitions you want to combine are adjacent, EaseUS Partition Master's "Merge" function can apply to this situation. Detailed steps are here:

Step 1. Right-click on the EFI partition and choose "Merge."

Step 2. Locate the NTFS partition to merge, and click "OK" to ensure the warning.

Step 3. Click the "Execute Task" and "Apply" in the window.

This merge program will combine space and move files from the NTFS partition to the EFI partition.

Option 2. Delete All Partitions

If the data on your USB is unnecessary or you already backed up the data, you can delete all the existing data using Disk Management.
