My Windows 10 computer has slowed down, so I guess something is wrong with my motherboard. To solve this problem, I want to change my motherboard to a new one. But do I have to buy Windows again if I change a new motherboard?

No, you don't have to buy Windows again if your change a new motherboard.

An OEM license would be present if Windows was preinstalled on the computer when purchased. The OEM license will no longer apply if you switch to a different type of motherboard because you are designing a different PC.
