How do I Fix Samsung 970 EVO Plus Slow Write Speed

After purchasing this Samsung 970 EVO NVME drive, I checked its speed using Samsung Magician and CrystalDiskmark. Both programs produced excellent results, indicating that it could read about 3500MB. However, when I checked again the next day after boot, the speed had dropped to 900MB.
