Disk Is Constantly at 100% Usage and Slow Down My Computer

My 2018 Dell Inspiron model has an Intel UHD graphics card, 1TB HDD, and 8GB of RAM. The drive has been operating at 100% disk usage for some time now and has been moving slowly. Why do I have 100% disk usage? How can I fix this?

If your disk is constantly at 100% usage and causing your computer to slow down, there are several possible reasons for this issue:

Way 1. Find and Remove Large File

Step 1: When EaseUS Partition Master opens, select Discovery. Locate and download Space Analyzer from the list of frequently used tools below.

Step 2: In the Space Analyzer pop-up window, choose the destination disk to be examined, then click Analyze in the top right corner.

Step 3: You will get the detailed data after some time. Click "Folder/File" to explore various data kinds, and click the little folder icon to discover additional details within the file.
