Can I Burn Windows 10 Iso to DVD?

I am using Windows 10 now. However, Windows Disc Burner isn't installed on my computer by default. Can I burn it from the Microsoft official site?

Yes, you can straightly burn Windows 10 ISO to DVD. However, before teaching you how to burn ISO files to DVD manually, I will introduce a more effective and beginner-friendly tool.
