To burn ISO to a USB flash drive on Windows 10, the Windows Media Creation Tool or a professional ISO Burner can both be your option. I will list the detailed steps of each method below.

Here are the steps for the Windows Media Creation Tool:

Step 1. Go to the Microsoft Windows 10 download page to acquire the Windows Media Creation Tool.

Step 2. Install and launch the tool. Then, select "Create installation media for another PC" in the window and hit "Next."

Step 3. Modify the settings and options, and then select "USB flash drive."

Step 4. Select your connected USB and click "Next."

Step 5. The tool will now download Windows 10 to the USB drive.

Step 6. If you see "Your USB flash drive is ready" on the screen, it means the ISO is successfully burned to your flash drive.

Windows Media Creation Tool is the official method to burn ISO to a USB disk. However, it does not always succeed. Sometimes, you may encounter the "We can't find a USB flash drive" error while using the Windows Media Creation Tool, which will prevent you from burning ISO to USB successfully.

Thus, I recommend you use EaseUS Partition Master Professional to ensure 100% success of ISO burning. It provides multiple functions to support you in downloading and burning ISO files to USB/DVD/CD with this tool only.

The steps for EaseUS Partition Master are listed below. Follow the guide to begin:

Step 1. Launch EaseUS Partition Master and go to "Bootable Media" > "Burn ISO."

Step 2. You can either download the ISO here or manually download it from the official website.

Step 3. After downloading the ISO, select the local ISO file and the destination USB flash drive. Then, click "Burn" to start the operation.
