I am using a Windows 10 computer with the OS installed on the HDD, but the HDD is almost full. So I wanna replace it with a larger SSD. How can I install Windows on a new SSD without losing files from HDD? I will appreciate any suggestions.

If you want to install your Windows on a new SSD without losing data from the old HDD, you will need a cloning tool to help move your current Windows installation and all the data to the new drive.
To start the system and launch the software that makes an appropriate image file and enables the transfer will also require the development of acceptable boot media (writeable CD/DVD or a flash drive). Once you've finished, you can use the old drive as a backup or for data storage (just be sure to alter the BIOS boot order after you've copied your Windows installation over). In any case, I would continue to back up any crucial data.
Many SSDs come with cloning software. However, if the one you bought does not have a cloning utility, you must use third-party cloning software, like EaseUS Disk Copy, to help you.
EaseUS Disk Copy is a professional disk cloning tool that can help you to clone from HDD to SSD or SSD to SSD. It can help you clone systems, disks, partitions, etc. Besides, it lets you transfer the C drive to a new SSD and install Windows 7 on an NVMe SSD.
Steps to clone your HDD to SSD:
Step 1. To start cloning an entire disk to another, select this drive as the source disk under "Disk Mode" and click "Next".
Step 2. Select another disk as the destination disk.
Step 3. Check the disk layout of the two drives. You should manage the disk layout of the destination drive by choosing "Autofit the disk", "Copy as the source", or "Edit disk layout".
Step 4. Click "Proceed" to execute the task.
