Is It Possible To Add a Specific Folder to Automatic Backup?

I have a folder on my laptop specifically for storing family videos and photos. But I am still worried about losing it each time my laptop updates. Now, I want to set an automatic backup for this folder to save backup to Dropbox every week. How can I do it?
