Can I Move Windows 10 From External HDD To Internal SSD?

I wish to install the old Windows version on my laptop rather than the cracked version that is now installed; the old version is on an external hard drive and the cracked version is on an internal SSD. So, how can I get rid of the cracked and install the new? Knowing that I don't have any critical data internal on SSD.
