How to Recover 100GB Folder Deleted from External Hard Drive

How do I recover a 100GB folder deleted from my external hard drive? Today when my computer was running too slow, I deleted a huge folder that is about 100GB from my external hard drive because I thought it only contained my homework. But today when I tried to find my video prepared for my final presentation, I realized I had deleted it too. Is there any way to solve this?

The only possible way to recover your folder is to look for help in some data recovery tool. 100GB is too large, so you cannot recover them from the recycle bin or restore your computer to the previous version. But here, note that you can only recover the deleted folder when new ones do not overwrite the data.

That is why we strongly advise you to stop changing any data on your PC once your files or folders are gone. Now, let's go back to the topic. EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard is a choice that won't let you down if you are looking for robust file recovery software.

Step 1. Open EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard and select "Select Folder" under Specify a location. Click "Browse" to choose where your lost folder originally exists. Click "OK" to scan the lost folder.

Step 2. You can also type the file name to find the lost folder if you remember it. To preview the scanned files, double-click the found folder.

Step 3. You need to change the target file if it differs from what you want after previewing. Click "Recover" and save them to a different location once you have found your lost folder.
