Is It Possible to Convert from MBR to GPT, Keeping Installation and Programs?

I have Windows 8.1 on a standard MBR partition. Is it possible to convert to GPT without losing the Windows installation and programs? Of course, the BIOS supports UEFI. Is anyone could help me with this?

Yes, it is possible to change the disk from MBR to GPT without losing the Windows installation and programs. Most methods will wipe your data or delete all partitions on the original disk and then convert it to a GPT disk, such as Disk Management and Diskpart.
