I recently built a new PC and installed a new SSD. However, there are too many programs and data on my old computer, and I don't want to download and reinstall them again. Many programs are configured with my custom settings, and there are also some projects that I can't afford to lose. Is there any way to transfer programs with data from one computer to another?
