Attempting to move files from my laptop to my Steam deck. Can I do that? Are there any easy ways to transfer files or games from PC to Steam Deck?

Yes, you can transfer files or games from a Windows PC to Steam Deck.
Valve allows players to download games on both their PC and Steam Deck. According to the latest updates of the Steam client, Valve makes it possible to transfer game installations between PC and Steam Deck. However, you must update the Steam to the latest version on your Windows PC and Steam Deck. Additionally, ensure that both devices are using the same local network.
This transfer process is time-consuming and complicated for beginners. Thus, you'd better rely on reliable data transfer software. EaseUS Todo PCTrans Professional can move Steam games and other files to another SSD or SD card of Stam Deck with one click.
Note: Take out the storage device on the Steam Deck. Then, connect it to your PC.
Step 1. Download and start EaseUS Todo PCTrans.
Step 2. Navigate to the "App Migration" section and hit "Start."
Step 3. Choose the drive that stores the files and games on the left bar. Locate the files you want to transfer and tick the box. Click the triangle icon to choose the Steam Deck's SSD or SD card as the target location.
Step 4. Finally, click "Transfer" to initiate the transfer process.
