Actually, there are two ways to help you copy an operating system from one PC to another. One is to clone your Windows 11/10/8/7 to another computer; the other is to perform a universal restore. That is, to create a Windows 10 system image on an external drive and then restore the system image to another computer.

However, when cloning your OS from one computer to another, you may encounter some boot issues. Therefore, it would be best to perform a universal restore.

If you want to do a universal restore, you have to turn to third-party universal restore software, like EaseUS Todo Backup, for help.

EaseUS Todo Backup, in essence, is a backup and restore program for Windows 11, 10, 8, and 7. It can help back up your systems, disks, partitions, files, and computer apps.
