My PC is Stuck in the Automatic Repair Screen

My computer cannot boot into the Windows system, and I tried to fix it with Automatic Repair. But my computer is stuck in the Automatic Repair screen. Whenever I try to access Startup Repair, it just tells me Startup Repair failed to fix my PC. What can I do to fix this? I appreciate any help!

#1. Preparation.

Step 1. Insert a USB drive into a valid computer.

Step 2. Launch EaseUS Partition Master.

Step 3. Select "Bootable Media," find your USB drive and hit "Create."

Step 4. Remove the USB drive.

#2. Boot Repair.

Step 1. Insert your bootable USB drive into your PC that cannot boot.

Step 2. Hold "F2/Del" while turning on your PC to enter the BIOS. Set the USB drive as boot priority, save the changes, and restart.
