Why Can't I Uninstall Microsoft Edge

I can't remove Microsoft Edge from my Windows, which bothers me so much. I have tried various methods to uninstall it. I have tried modifying the registry and uninstalling it via CMD, but nothing works. Why can't I uninstall Microsoft Edge? Is there any reliable way to uninstall it? Thanks in advance!

The reason why you can't uninstall Microsoft Edge is that this default browser is a significant component of Windows OS, and the applications that rely on the web platform are supported by Windows.

When you try to uninstall it via general methods like Apps & features, you will see the Uninstall option greyed out. However, there is a method to uninstall Microsoft Edge, which is by using a reliable third-party uninstaller.

I would like to recommend a free program uninstall tool - EaseUS Todo PCTrans, for its convenience and powerful features.
