RecExperts provide two useful menus on the top menu bar:

EaseUS RecExperts menu includes Upgrade, Enter license, Preferences, Hide, or Quit RecExperts.

You can set the target place for saving the recorded video and audio on Preferences settings. 

If you are a shortcut-key lover, hotkeys would be your best choice rather than the recording toolbar. Although the program itself has already equipped with default hotkeys, you can still change those settings and set the hotkeys according to your own preference.

Another menu is the shortcut for the functions of RecExperts, you can see it on the top right corner.
