On the occasion that EaseUS has not included any product, feature, service name or logo on this list, EaseUS does not waive any intellectual property rights that EaseUS have established in any such product and service all of which intellectual property rights are expressly reserved.

EaseUS' trademarks, logos, logotypes, signatures, and design marks are valuable assets that EaseUS protects. Accordingly, we ask that you follow these guidelines with respect to your use of any EaseUS trademarks or logos.

Only EaseUS and its authorized resellers or partners could use EaseUS trademarks and logos in any legal manner, including in advertising, product promotion and sales materials. All usage, including press releases, must comply with the applicable agreement you have with EaseUS. By using an EaseUS marks or logos, in whole or in part, you acknowledge that EaseUS is the sole owner of the trademarks and promise that you will not interfere with EaseUS rights of the trademarks,including challenging EaseUS' use, registration of, or application to register such trademark, alone or in combination with any other words or marks, anywhere in the world.
