These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the EaseUS Referral Program (the “Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Program.
1. Program Overview
The Program allows eligible individuals (“Referrers”) to earn rewards by referring new customers (“Referred Friends”) to purchase eligible EaseUS products. Referred Friends will receive a discount on their first purchase, and Referrers will receive a Gift Card reward for each Qualified Referral.
2. Eligibility
- The Program is open to all individuals who are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.
- To participate, a Referrer must have a valid EaseUS account.
- Employees, affiliates, and agents of EaseUS, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
3. Qualified Referral
A “Qualified Referral” is defined as a purchase that meets all of the following criteria:
- The Referred Friend clicks on the Referrer’s unique referral link and enter their email address.
- The Referred Friend makes a first‑time purchase of an eligible EaseUS product on the EaseUS website of at least $15, based on the final amount after discount (excluding taxes, service fees, and other third‑party charges). They must not have purchased any EaseUS product within the past year. Purchases made within the software application (in‑app) cannot be tracked and are not eligible.
- The Referred Friend and the Referrer cannot be the same person. Self-referral, including the use of different email addresses or accounts, is strictly prohibited.
- The purchase is not refunded or canceled within 30 days of the transaction date.
- The referred product is among those currently supported by the Program. EaseUS may add or remove eligible products at any time in its sole discretion.
Important: Rewards are calculated based on the first order amount only. Any subsequent orders placed by the same Referred Friend will not count as additional Qualified Referrals or generate additional rewards for the Referrer.
4. Referral Rewards
- For the Referred Friend: Upon clicking a valid referral link, the Referred Friend will need to enter their email on the referral landing page to receive a one-time 20% off code for their first eligible purchase.
- For the Referrer: For each Qualified Referral, the Referrer will earn a Gift Card reward. The reward amount varies based on the Referred Friend’s final purchase amount after discount, excluding taxes, service fees, and other third‑party charges. Current reward tiers are detailed on the Program landing page and may be updated from time to time.
- Each Referrer may refer up to 10 friends.

5. Reward Fulfillment
- Gift Card rewards are subject to a 30-day waiting period from the date of the Referred Friend’s purchase. The reward will only be processed if the purchase is not refunded, canceled, or charged back during this period.
- After the waiting period, the Referrer will receive an email with a link to claim their Gift Card.
- Upon clicking the link, the Referrer can select their preferred Gift Card type and currency from the available options.
- All rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value except as required by law. Referrers are solely responsible for any and all tax liabilities arising from participation in the Program.
6. Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities will result in immediate disqualification from the Program, forfeiture of all pending and accrued rewards, and potential termination of the EaseUS account:
- Self-referral: Referring oneself, using multiple accounts, or any other method to earn rewards on one’s own purchases.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information, using fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods, or misrepresenting one’s identity or affiliation.
- Spam: Sending referral links in a manner that violates any applicable anti-spam laws. This includes bulk, unsolicited commercial emails or posting links on websites or forums without authorization.
- Incentivized Clicks: Offering rewards, payments, or other incentives to people in exchange for clicking on referral links or making a purchase.
- Public Distribution of Codes: Posting referral links on public coupon websites, deal forums, or similar platforms without express permission from EaseUS.
- Violation of Terms: Any violation of these Terms or any other EaseUS policy.
7. Right to Modify or Terminate
EaseUS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any part of these Terms at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. EaseUS also reserves the right to review all referral activity and make final and binding decisions regarding eligibility, rewards, and any disputes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EaseUS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program or these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. You agree and hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the relevant People’s Court in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China, with respect to any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program.
