Can Somebody Tell Me Should My SSD Be MBR or GPT? Which Is Better?

I have some SSDs. I want to know which partition table should I use for the SSD. But I don't know the difference between MBR and GPT. Can someone tell me how to choose, and is there any way to convert between them? I would appreciate your answers.
