How to Create and Format A Storage Using ReFS on Hyper-V 2016

I made a 60GB NTFS OS partition during the Hyper-V installation, leaving 2.9TB free for virtual machines. How do I format free space for use with the ReFS file system? I can't find any how to create and format it anywhere.

ReFS file system refers to the Resilient File System, a new generation of advanced file systems introduced to solve the problems of NTFS. However, it is not yet a complete replacement for NTFS.
