I Can't Extend My File Server D, What Should I Do?

I can't delete and expand everything on the user AD drive. I know the 2TB limit for MBR, but the Convert to GPT is grayed out. So far, I am not a storage expert. What should I do to see the extra 500GB of space?

First, we need to know the file limit size of MBR and GPT: MBR supports only 2TB drives, while GPT has no limit for this and supports more than four primary partitions.
