Can I Transfer Windows 7 OEM to a New Build PC, How to Do

Hello, my PC came with Windows 7 OEM preinstalled, and now I recently got a newly built PC, which I want to move the Windows 7 OEM system to. Can I do this and still keep the genuine Windows 7 OEM?
