Password Is Incorrect After Updating, How to Fix?

After an update on my Windows PC, my login password is not working anymore. I've already tried resetting my password for the Microsoft accounts, but it didn't work as well. I don't want to reinstall Windows and all my apps. Help! Appreciate for any help!

Password is incorrect after updating your Windows 10 or 11 can be caused by unknown bugs within the update patch. But do not worry if you can't log in to the system. I would like to recommend the Password Reset feature of EaseUS Partition Master Professional. It offers you access to reset the password without logging in.

You should prepare a USB drive and an accessible computer.

Then, follow the instructions here to remove the password in a few seconds:

Step 1. Insert your USB drive into a working computer and run EaseUS Partition Master.

Step 2. Go to "Toolkit" > "Password Reset" and then click "Create" in the pop-up window.

Step 3. Select your USB drive and make it a bootable media.

Step 4. Then, connect the password reset USB drive to your locked computer and reboot it from the USB drive.

Step 5. Open EaseUS Partition Master again and go to "Password Reset."

Step 6. Apply "Reset & Unlock" for your locked account to remove the password.

Now, you can access your Windows without any passwords. Next time, you can make a password reset disk in advance so that you won't be bothered by such situations again.
