   • Your name;
   • Your order ID and order email (if you're a registered user);
   • Name and version of product purchased (It's shown in "About" dialog);
   • Computer information (Hard disk type, capacity, partition and speed, main board type, installed memory and so on);
   • Windows version;
   • FULL description of the problem you encountered.
