- Your name;
- Your order ID and order email (if you're a registered user);
- Name and version of product purchased (It's shown in "About" dialog);
- Computer information (Hard disk type, capacity, partition and speed, main board type, installed memory and so on);
- Windows version;
- FULL description of the problem you encountered.
