  • Why the recorded video have a watermark? How can I remove it?

    The video is created by the Trial edition of EaseUS RecExperts, and the paid edition doesn't have this limiation. Watermark cannnot be removed directly, but you can recreate the video using paid edition. 
  • How to move the license to new computer if I want to retire my old computer?

    Please contact EaseUS Support via email or livechat to reset your license code when you need to move it to another computer. The license code can be activated to new computer after resetting.
  • Where can I save the recording video? Is it safe on EaseUS Cloud?

    EaseUS doesn't provide cloud for saving your videos, you could save the video to your local disk or upload it to Dropbox, Google Drive, FTP, Youtube, and Vimeo.
  • Can I install this software to Windows 10 machine?

    Yes, Windows 10 is supported. The software can be installed to Windows 7/8/8.1/10.
  • What is the lowest hardware environment supported by this product?

    1.0 GHz processor or faster
    A minimum of 1 gigabyte (GB) RAM; A minimum of 2 GB RAM for Window 7/8/8.1/10
    A minimum of 1 GB of available space on the hard disk
    CD-R/RW, DVD-R/RW, DVD+R/RW or DVD+R DL drive
    Keyboard, mouse and other compatible pointing devices
  • What is the difference between trial and paid edition?

    Trial edition can record within 3 minutes and with watermark, the Video Editing, Compressing and other extra features cannot be used. The paid edition doesn't have these limitations.
  • Can I use the license to more than one computer?

    One license code is only for a computer, you could contact us to reset activation for your license if you want to move the license from an old computer to a new one.
