Video Editor

  • If I have trouble on using EaseUS Video Editor, how to contact technical support?

    When you encounter an error/problem, please take some screenshots of the issue then sent them to techsupport@easeus.com, so we can assist you more efficiently. 
  • How to export my created video?

    You can click "Export" in the Toolbar to export the project. There are four available ways to save the project. Export as a Project File, Export as a Video File, Export to Video Platform(s), and Export as an Audio File. Please select a way according to your requirement.
  • How to import files to EaseUS Video Editor?

    Three kinds of files are supported for importing in this software: audio, video and image. You can directly drag the file folder or files to the media zone for editing. Or you can import them manually by clicking the "Import" button on top left corner. Organize them by name, duration, type and date imported if you need it.
  • How to activate EaseUS Video Editor?

    The Activation window will show when running the software first time or you click the Upgrade button on the top right corner of EaseUS Video Editor. You are able to activate it using your paid license code. 
  • Do you have a Video Editor for Mac OS?

    EaseUS Video Editor doesn't have a edition for Mac OS. It only supports Windows® 7/8/8.1/10 now. 
  • What is the supported operating system?

    EaseUS Video Editor only supports the Windows® 7/8/8.1/10 operating system.
  • What is the difference between Trial and Full edition of EaseUS Video Editor?

    The trial edition can be used directly, however, there is a watermark in the exported video file. The Full edition doesn't have the limitation.
