  • Which audio formats does MobiMover support?

    MobiMover currently supports transferring mp3, m4a, m4b,m4p, m4r, rm, wav, wma, mdi and aac formats.

  • Which video formats does MobiMover support?

    MobiMover currently supports transferring mp4, mov, m4v, wmv, rm, mkv, avi and flv formats.

  • Transferring photos and videos to iOS device is failed, how to fix this issue?

    1. Please make sure that you have enough free space in the iOS device.

    2. Check if the file formats are supported by MobiMover.

  • How to delete the transferred pictures on my iOS device?

    Please click Picture in the home page of MobiMover, find the transferred picture, click right corner to delete. 

  • Which picture formats does MobiMover support?

    MobiMover currently supports transferring jpg, bmp, icon, tiff, png and gif formats.

  • Where can I find the transferred pdf, epub, html on my iOS device?

    You can find them in Book app.

  • Which document formats does MobiMover support?

    MobiMover currently supports transferring pdf, epub and html formats.

  • Why can’t I find the option to transfer voice mail to another device?

    Currently EaseUS MobiMover only supports to transfer voice mail from device to computer, not computer to device or device to device.

  • How to transfer Note?

    EaseUS MobiMover can only manage the Notes when then iCloud sync of Notes is off on the selected iOS device. Otherwise, you would be prompted to turn off the iCloud sync to enable this function.

    Click your device and select the More -> Note so that the software displays all your Note on the selected device in a list. Then you can transfer Note in a batch.

  • Which iOS version is supported by MobiMover to transfer App?

    Currently only iOS 8.x is supported to transfer App in MobiMover. You may encounter failure when transfering apps on other iOS versions.

  • Which format are messages saved on the computer by MobiMover?

    All the messages would be exported in an .html file.

  • What contents in messages can be transferred?

    All the texts and links would be transferred. Currently the software doesn't support to transfer the photos in the messages.

  • Why can’t I find the option to transfer messages to another device?

    Currently EaseUS MobiMover only supports to transfer messages from device to computer, not computer to device or device to device.

  • The software shows no message, how to solve this issue?

    First of all, please make sure that there are message existing on the device and the iCloud for contacts is turned off. If the issue still cannot be solved, please email the log file to support@todo-backup.com for further analysis. 

  • How to transfer messages?

    Please click Message on the home page of MobiMover so that the softwarer displays all your messages on the selected device in a list. Then you can transfer messages in a batch.

  • The software shows no contact, how to solve this issue?

    First of all, please make sure that there are contacts existing on the device and the iCloud for contacts is turned off. If the issue still cannot be solved, please email the log file to support@todo-backup.com for further analysis. 

  • How to transfer contacts?

    Contacts can only be managed when then iCloud sync of Contacts is off on the selected iOS device. Otherwise, you would be prompted to turn off the iCloud sync to enable this function.

    Please click Contact on the home page of MobiMover so that the software displays all your contacts on the selected device in a list. Then you can transfer contacts in a batch.

  • Where to download EaseUS MobiMover?

    We currently have Windows version and Mac one. Please download the version matching your operating system from this link.

  • Which are the supported iOS devices by MobiMover?

    iPhone: 4s, 5, 5s, 6, 6s, 6 Plus, 6s Plus, 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus, X, XS, XS Max, XR.

    iPad: mini2, 3, 4, Air, Air 2, Pro.

  • What are the supported operating systems by EaseUS MobiMover?

    Currently this software supports Windows 10/8.1/8/7.

  • What is the limitation of EaseUS MobiMover Trial version?

    The Trial version allows customers to transfer 10 items everyday. The full version breaks this limitation and you can transfer as much data as you want.

  • How to add a new album?

    Please click Photo->Album and you can add the new album by pressing the + button at the topside of the software.

  • How to add a new playlist?

    Please click Audio->Music and you can add the desired playlist at the left-corner of the software.

  • Can I download MobiMover on my iOS device?

    No, you can’t download MobiMover on your iOS device. This issue is caused because MobiMover is desktop based software. You need to download and install it on computer. Then, you can use MobiMover to manage all iOS contents for iOS devices.

  • How to activate MobiMover software?

    Please click the golden upper arrow at the topside of the software and then enter the license code to activate the software.

  • Does price for MobiMover include lifetime updates?

    Yes, the price for MobiMover includes lifetime updates if you buy it from our official website.

  • How to update MobiMover to the latest version?

    There are two ways to update MobiMover to the latest version. One is to check for updates within MobiMover directly.

    The other one is to download the latest version of MobiMover from our official website straightforwardly: https://www.easeus.com/phone-transfer/

  • What to do when MobiMover cannot detect iPhone/iPad/iPod?

    1. The anti-virus software is running and blocking the connection.

    2. Your USB cable is loose or broken.

    To fix this issue, please follow the troubleshooting steps:

    1. Reconnect the iOS device or give another USB cable a try.

    2. If you are connecting the iOS device to the computer for the first time, please remember to tap Trust on the device when it prompts for authorization.

    3. Please close anti-virus software temporally.

  • How to Turn off the iCloud?

    1. Tap Setting on your iPhone screen.

    2. Tap on your Apple ID.

    3. Tap on iCloud option

    4. You could see the options for Mail, Contacts, Calendars and others, please choose the one you want to transfer and turn it off. If you get a prompt message, choose "Keep on my iPhone".

    5. Now, you are able to transfer the data after turning off the iCloud option.

  • How to switch one device to another one on MobiMover?

     If you want to switch one device to another one as the target device when using Mobimover, please click the name of the device you prefer from the drop-down menu.

  • How to send the error report?

    Sometimes, we will fail to complete the transfer task. To troubleshoot the issue, please send us the error report to support@todo-backup.com for analysis.

    For the windows version: press Win+R key at the same time to open Run, then input %temp% in Run to open the temp file directory, you can find the MobilMover\Log\EuMM.log file in temp folder and then send it to us.

    For the IOS version: please Go To Folder /tmp/MobilMover/Log/ then locate the log file and send it to us.

  • Where to find the transferred videos on iOS device?

    You can find the transferred videos under the default Video app or TV app on iOS device.

  • Does price for EaseUS MobiMover include lifetime updates?

    Yes, the price for EaseUS MobiMover includes lifetime updates if you buy it from our official website.
