How Can I Recover Data Transferring into Second Sysnology Disk

I added a single disk with a lot of data into a second Synology and added it as a spare disk, validated it by clicking Yes while trying to move some data around from my Synologys. That one disk was a primary disk in the previous Synology and is jam-packed with data. Can data be recovered from that drive at this time? I think it merely deleted the disk's partition table.

you can take the following two methods to recover deleted or lost files from the Synology disk. If you lose the data stored on the Synology disk, you can try to restore files using EaseUS NAS data recovery software. With only a few clicks and no need to remove numerous disks, this complete data recovery tool enables you to recover data from both the btrfs and ext4 file systems on Synology NAS devices.

Step 1. Download EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard on your computer running Windows 10/64-bit. Choose "NAS Recovery" from the software's menu when it opens. Choose your desired NAS device and click "Scan" to immediately generate a list of all available NAS servers.

Step 2. Check the "Enable SSH service" box under "Control Panel > Terminal & SNMP." Finally, run the EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard and select "Next" after viewing and remembering the remote access port.

Step 3. This software will automatically identify your IP address and port. Just enter your username and password to get started. You can manually correct the IP address or Port if they are incorrect. Click "Connect Now" after that.

Cleaning the disk and its partitions with the command "Clean" and the Diskpart tool might become one of the ways to fix the issue if a USB drive, memory card, or other media functions wrongly. If the device cannot be formatted or when its size is inaccurately identified, this tool can repair mistakes.

  • Open the Command Prompt window in Administrator mode.
  • Execute the DISKPART command.
  • Display the list of disks using the command LIST DISK and identify the number of the disk which you need to recover.
  • Choose the necessary disk: CHOOSE DISK # (insert the disk number in place of the number).
  • Execute the CLEAN command.
  • On the freshly cleaned disk, create a partition and format it using your preferred file system.

Use EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard to recover deleted or lost files easily and quickly.
