How to Get Back the Data from the Accidentally Formatted SD Card

I received a screen asking if I wanted to format my SD card as internal storage or for file transfer. When I got my SIM card replaced, my SD card was removed and put back into my phone. I chose internal storage because I didn't grasp what it meant. Everything information I had on my SD card - photos, audio files, etc. - was lost after a loading screen. How can I get the data back?

  • Put the formatted SD card away right away.

We are here to introduce you to an easy-to-use data recovery solution called EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard so that you won't have to waste time online seeking and testing memory card recovery software. You may recover files from formatted SD cards, memory sticks, USB drives, internal/external hard drives, etc. using EaseUS data recovery software.

Check the software's steps to restore your data:

Step 1. Attach the SD card to your computer. Launch the EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard. Click "Scan" after selecting the formatted SD card from which you want to recover deleted files.

Step 2. All scan results will be shown on the screen. To locate the files you're looking for, use the "Filter" or "File Type" function.

Step 3. Choose the files you want to restore from your formatted external drive, then click "Recover." You will see a new box where you may select a new location to save the files. Click "OK" to confirm after that.

Most users are concerned about whether they can recover files from a formatted SD card when it is unintentionally formatted.

We do have a solution even if it is high-level formatted or low-level formatted, though. Although formatting an SD Card results in file loss, it does not necessarily indicate that all of the data is lost. Although formatting an SD Card only destroys its data structure and declares the entire device to be "Empty," the data is still stored on the card and is recoverable with the correct tools.

Use EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard to recover deleted or lost files easily and quickly.
