Avast Antivirus deleted a file that I now need to use. Is there any quarantine directory to find the infected files or how can I recover this file deleted by Avast Antivirus?

Most computer users will choose Avast Antivirus software to guard their computer or remove the computer virus and malware. When the software detects any threatening files on your computer, it will delete them directly to avoid future data loss. Sometimes it will delete essential files, and we have two methods to recover files deleted by Avast Antivirus.

1. If you are not a computer expert, you should download a data recovery tool for help, and EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard will help you recover files deleted by Avast Antivirus. How to use this software? Is it hard to use? Don't worry! We will show you the detailed tutorial to help you recover data deleted by antivirus:

Step 1. Select the hard disk or external hard drive where you have lost files after using Avast Antivirus and click the Scan button.

Step 2. All of the lost and deleted files on the target storage device should show up when the scanning procedure is complete. Using the tree-view panel on the left, you may attempt to find the antivirus-destroyed things, or you can use the Filter feature to focus on certain file types like images, videos, emails, documents, and so on.

Step 3. To preview a file, double-click it. Select the file at a time after that, then click Recover.

2. The second method is open the Avast virus chest and restore the files. You should right-click the Avast Antivirus icon and choose Virus Chest, and then you should search for the target file and put it back into your computer.
