I'm attempting to recover over 4,000 photos from a Western Digital 1TB external hard drive. As they were being put into specified folders on my PC, they were removed using highlight and then the delete button. The SSD they were moving failed, and no one seems to be able to recover anything from it. I've already used the control panel to view the drive's recycled bin, but I only found two folders of things I deleted months ago, none of which I've recently erased. Any recommendations?
