Delete Files from USB Flash Drive Won't Go to Recycle Bin, Why?

Usually, when I delete files on a laptop or external hard drives, files go to Recycle Bin, and if needed, I can retrieve them easily. But I noticed the files I delete on a USB flash drive do not go to the Recycle Bin, then where does it go?
