I'm having trouble running Windows 10 and any other bootable tools from a USB. Instead of the USB booting, I see dots on the screen. I tried forcing the USB loading to GPT by turning on UEFI SecureBoot, but it didn't work. Can any experts help with this issue? Thank you.

If you're trying to clean install Windows 10 and are able to wipe the internal drive, try entering Command Prompt from a Windows USB. Run diskpart, select the internal drive, and type the command "clean." This will completely wipe the drive and remove the partition table. You can then try to install Windows on the disk again.
You may need to manually initialize the disk as MBR or GPT before selecting it as the installation target destination. As for this point, I recommend you use EaseUS Partition Master. This tool perfectly meets your needs of converting MBR to GPT without losing data. No matter whether you want to convert MBR to GPT or GPT to MBR, you can apply this software to get it done without deleting data and volume on the disk.
Follow these steps, and you can start to convert:
Step 1. Click EaseUS Partition Master and launch it.
Step 2. Choose "Convert MBR to GPT," or you can choose "Convert GPT to MBR" in this window.
Step 3. Finally, you can click "Start" to convert.
On the other hand, if the bootable USB you created still fails, you can use EaseUS Partition Master to create a new bootable media USB. It can create WinPE bootable USB, and you can click the link below to learn more.

WinPE is a miniature version of Windows, which can be used for deploying PCs, workstations, and servers or troubleshooting an operating system.
