I'd like a new Windows installed but don't know which mode should I select when factory resetting. I'm now curious about local reinstall. Please tell me what this is. And, can I choose this to install my Windows?

To begin with, Local Reinstall is a feature that allows you to reinstall Windows on your computer without going through the entire process of downloading and installing the operating system. This can be a useful tool but you need to check the pros and cons before using it.
Therefore, it's better to create a backup of the Windows installation before using Local Reinstall. This is not difficult, you can do it with the built-in Backup and Restore tool. Or, you can use third-party backup software such as EaseUS Todo Backup.
After getting your Windows backed up, you can then start the Local Reinstall process.
