How to Make a Bootable Clone of My Windows 7 Hard Drive

I recently assembled a new computer and installed Win 7 Ultimate (64-bit.) And I got a new internal SSD. I installed it on my Windows 7 PC today, and now I need to figure out how to move Win 7 to it so that I can boot off of it and use the other hard drive for files.
