I just bought an M.2 NVMe SSD to speed up my games, and I was wondering if Windows 10 could be transferred there without being deactivated. How to complete the task? Hope to hear something soon!

There are two ways to clone Windows 10 from SATA SSD to M.2.
Method 1. Clean Install Windows 10
Step 1. Install the new M.2 SSD on your computer.
Step 2. Download and install the official Windows 10 ISO files from its website. Then, you can create a bootable USB flash drive or create the ISO file.
Step 3. Boot your PC from the Installation Media you created and clean install Windows 10. That's all.
Method 2. Use Professional Cloning Software
Another easy way is to use a great disk cloning software, like EaseUS Disk Copy. It provides a faster cloning speed than other tools, and lets you clone a hard drive with less time. In addition, this program supports disk clone, system clone, and partition clone to meet your different cloning needs. Now, let's check how to use it to clone Windows 10 from SATA SSD to M.2 SSD:
Step 1. First of all, install the M.2 SSD on your computer, and start Windows 10 from the source/original SSD.
Step 2. Launch EaseUS disk cloning software, and select the source disk in the Disk Mode tab.
Step 3. Choose the M.2 SSD as the destination one, and hit Next.
Step 4. Finally, click on Proceed to execute the task officially. Then, you can set your computer boot from cloned M.2 SSD.
