How Do I Backup Software in Windows 10?

Several programs are installed in the system, and some are in the program files folder. Is there a way to back up those installed apps so that I won't have to reinstall them and redo all the settings and customizations after a hardware upgrade? Answers will be appreciated. Thanks!
