I wanna change my hard drive but I don't wanna waste a week on installing the programs and drivers. I just wanna burn my current Windows 10 to a USB stick, so I can install it again on the new hard drive. Is this possible?

Yes, you can. It's wise to create a full backup of your Windows 10 data. I always do it with a Windows backup tool. There are many apps or programs that can do so. And I chose EaseUS Todo Backup after testing some.
It is compatible with Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, Vista, and Windows XP. If you are a Windows user like me, you can download and use it to back up your Windows 10.
Here are the steps:
Step 1. Launch EaseUS Todo Backup on your computer, click Create Backup and click the big question mark.
Step 2. Click "OS" to back up your Windows operating system.
Step 3. Next, choose a location to save the system image backup.
Step 4. Click local drive to choose your USB. You can also save the data to a network, cloud, or NAS.
Step 5. Click "Backup Now" and wait for the Windows system backup process to complete.
