Can I Backup My Entire Computer to the Cloud?

I am trying to back up my entire Windows 10 computer, and I wanna save it to multiple storage locations, including an external hard drive, a network location, as well as Google Drive. But I haven't used Google Drive before, can I use it as a backup location to save my computer copies? If yes, how can I do it?
