Is There Any Way to Backup and Restore Microsoft Store Games?
I had to reinstall my Windows system last night due to some mishaps. This caused me to turn on my computer today to find that all my games downloaded from the Microsoft Store were gone. When I re-downloaded the games, the download speed was so slow that it was torture. Is there any way I can back up my games from the Microsoft Store and recover them quickly?

Unfortunately, games in the Microsoft Store do not currently support backups and restores. For PC games, the inability to back up is pretty ridiculous, but this issue is really the biggest drawback of the Microsoft Store.
When you go to C:\Program Files\WindowsApps based on the location where the game was downloaded, you will find that you cannot open the folder because it has been encrypted. Therefore, after reinstalling your system, you will have to re-download all the games and suffer the cost of slow download speed.
To avoid this problem again, for large games that are sold on multiple platforms, I recommend that you buy the game on another platform that can support game backups.
