The Simple and Free Way to Import Music from iPhone to Computer

Purchasing and downloading music/songs to the smartphone has been the best way to listen to music wherever you are. Many iOS users may have stored a lot of favorite songs on iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch so that you can listen to the music on the go. Music files are so important that many iPhone users want to keep a backup on computer.

Got some free music source from one of my best friends on my iPhone. Want to make a backup of these music files on my computer, but iTunes doesn't allow me to do that. I can only backup purchased music to iTunes. And if I want to restore the backup, it will delete all my content music on my iPhone. So how can I import music from iPhone to computer without iTunes?

Step 1. Connect the iPhone to your PC and run EaseUS MobiMover.

Allow EaseUS MobiMover to access your iPhone by clicking "Allow" on the program and tap "Trust" on the phone.

At the Content Management section, click "Audio" and select "Music" to continue.

Step 2. Select Music files on your iPhone and set a safe location on your PC to transfer and save the music files as a backup. 

Click "Music" to select specific music files that you want to transfer and click "Settings" at the right top corner to choose a location on your PC for saving the selected files.

Step 3. Click "Transfer to PC" and then start the transferring process.

Wait for the process to finish and EaseUS MobiSaver will save the transferred Music files to the target location on your PC as a backup.

You can then open and check the transferred files.

After the transferring process finishes, you can check all your song in the folder you selected in step 4 above. If you want to import only a few songs from iPhone to this computer, you can try the “Custom” transferring option from the primary window. It enables you to import one or multiple iPhone music to PC. Part 2 Sync iPhone Music to Computer with iTunes

Step 1: Launch iTunes from your desktop, Start menu, or taskbar.

Step 2: Connect your iPhone, iPad or iPod to your computer with your Lightning to USB or 30-pin USB cable.

Step 3: Click the device button, which looks like a small iPhone located near the top-left of the window.

Step 4: Click “Music” in the left-side menu.

Step 5: Click the checkbox next to “Sync Music” so that a checkmark appears. This will ensure your music is synced.

Step 6: Click “Apply” and “Sync”.
