iTunes is the default application for managing your iPhone files. You can surely use iTunes to backup your iPhone to Windows 10. However, although you can know your iPhone backup location on Windows, you cannot view the details of it. To get the files back to your iPhone, you need to restore your iPhone from iTunes backup, which is the only way to do it. If you still prefer this way, follow the steps below to manually create a backup on Windows 10 using iTunes. (To make the backup process smooth, you should install the latest version of iTunes on your PC.)

Step 2. Click the Device button, go to Summary > Back Up Now.
Step 3. When the backup process has finished, go to iTunes > Preferences > Devices to check the backup.
If you want to encrypt your data backup with a password, just check the Encrypt iPhone backup box. This backup will allow you to recover your iPhone data in the future. This method works on both Windows and macOS.
Other than backing up your iPhone to the computer, you can also make a backup of your iPhone files in cloud storage using iCloud. Like iTunes, the iCloud backup can only be accessed when you restore your iPhone from iCloud backup. Thus, if you want your iPhone backup available to you, using EaseUS MobiMover introduced in Method 1 is the best choice for you. Here are the steps to backup iPhone with iCloud. (Make sure your iPhone is connected to power and on WLAN)
